If you don’t know already, we use Earth Choice and Green Ware products for all our service ware. They are compostable, petroleum free, and renewable, plus no BPA’s!

We recycle everything we can: our fry oil, generator oil, and even our transmission fluid! And of course our cans, plastic, and glass too.
